David was born in New York. He has cerebral palsy (spastic quadriplegia). He is a high school and college graduate and is actively involved in many social service groups. David has an apartment in San Jose with caregivers to take care of his personal needs. He is the family politician!

Carole, you’ve known David longer than I have and I’m sure you feel pride in what he has accomplished with his life. I remember years ago your family volunteered in the home before I had moved to CA.
